This class delves into basics of the first two weeks postpartum: How to maximize rest, and learn the signs of the common postpartum mood disorders (Did you know? 1 in 5 Moms and 1 in 10 Dads suffer from postpartum depression). We will practice support tips for feeding and soothing this new human.
